JT182 Water Jet Pump

The JT182 is a single – stage axial – flow marine jet pump. It has an input power range of 5 – 222 kW (6.7 – 298 hp) and input speed of 2000 – 4000 rpm. The impeller diameter is 180 mm, and nozzle diameter is 120 mm (4.7 inches). The pump housing is made of aluminum alloy, while the spindle and impeller are of stainless steel.

It features mechanical steering and hydraulic reversing with a dual – bucket diversion type reversing bucket. Power input uses ISO – standard SWC120 universal joints or flanges of the same size. It holds a CCS certificate, meeting international marine safety standards.

Suitable for workboats, fishing boats, and lifeboats. When single – installed, recommended for boats up to 7 m (23 ft) long and 2 t (4409 lb) in weight. For twin – installed, up to 8 m (26 ft) long and 4 t (8818 lb). Factory – provided power – speed curves help with engine/motor compatibility, and adjustments can be made with gearboxes or custom impellers for non – standard RPMs.

The single pump has a net weight of 57 kg, water – containing weight of 17 kg, and gross weight of 90 kg. It comes in a plywood box for packaging. Comprehensive technical documentation is provided to assist with installation planning.
