The JT132 marine jet pump features an input speed range of 2000 – 6000 RPM, 130 mm impeller diameter, 70 mm nozzle diameter, and 1.5 – 40 kW (2 – 53 hp) power capacity. It achieves optimal performance through a single – stage axial flow design with dual – channel reversing buckets for efficient thrust control. The compact 786 x 298 x 185 mm housing is constructed from corrosion – resistant aluminum alloy, while critical components like the impeller and shaft utilize marine – grade stainless steel.
Comprising advanced hydrodynamic components including the stator vanes, axial – flow impeller, and precision – machined nozzle assembly, the JT132 integrates ISO – standard SWC65 universal joints for flexible power transmission. Its mechanical steering and reversing system ensures simple installation and reliable operation, with ±25° steering angles and 45° reversing bucket adjustment.
Designed for small watercraft up to 3 meters (10 ft) length and 0.5 ton (1102 lb) displacement when single – mounted, or 4 meters (13 ft) and 1 ton (2205 lb) with twin units, the JT132 offers versatile applications for recreational boats, unmanned surface vehicles, and light work vessels.
